Join us for a special afternoon at Kawana Island Meeting Place where mums and kids will enjoy their own sessions in two separate rooms, allowing mums to fully unwind while children have their own engaging yoga experience nearby.
While mums relax with a 1-hour gentle yoga and sound healing session guided by Francesca Pitzalis, children will join Erika from Kids Yoga With Erika for a playful Kids Yoga session, including movement, breathing, relaxation, and a short mindful mandala colouring activity at the end.
This special setup allows mums to truly switch off and recharge, knowing their children are having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

Wrap up your week with this special offering, where Fran and Ash will guide you through a soulful and nourishing experience blending the ancient practice of Yin Yoga with the gentle healing energy of Reiki. This session is designed for anyone seeking to fully unwind, release the week’s tension, and step into the new week feeling calm, grounded, and restored. Through a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice, you’ll settle into long, passive postures that gently open the body and reach into the connective tissues and nervous system, encouraging deep relaxation.
As you settle into each posture guided by Fran, Ash will bring in Reiki energy, creating a soothing and supportive atmosphere that helps balance the body’s energy and deepen the sense of rest. Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. Practitioners use gentle touch or non-touch techniques to help balance the body’s energy flow, supporting relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
We’ll close the session with a guided Yoga Nidra, allowing you to sink into a state of profound relaxation and renewal. Afterwards, stay for herbal tea, quiet reflection, and gentle community connection. Everything offered during the session is completely optional, and you are always welcome to rest, observe, or participate in a way that feels right for you. No experience is necessary, and spaces are limited. Join us for this journey on a Sunday afternoon — a beautiful pause to reset and reconnect before the week ahead. ✨
